Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Tenders With Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 x 750g packet McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips
  • 12 x (600g) chicken tenders
  • 12 slices of Prosciutto
  • 1 x 250g small vine ripe tomatoes, lightly sprayed with olive oil
  • 1 x 160g creamy sauce pouch (we used MasterFoods cheese finishing sauce)

How to make it

  1. Cook the McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips according to pack instructions.
  2. Wrap each chicken tender in one slice of prosciutto. Place six chicken tenders in the air fryer at 180° for 8 - 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Remove the cooked chicken and wrap in foil to keep warm. Cook the remaining six chicken tenders. After 4 minutes, add tomatoes to the fryer basket on top of the chicken and continue cooking for a further 6 minutes.
  4. Plate chicken tenders onto 4 plates (3 per serve), add tomatoes and serve of the McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips. Alternately serve chicken tenders on a platter with McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips in a serving bowl. Serve with your favourite sauce or side salad.
