Ingredients

  • 4 large or 8 small crumbed frozen fish fillets
  • 500g McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips
  • 1 x 500g pack McCain Baby Peas
  • 100g feta cheese
  • Lemon and fresh mint to serve

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 180°(fan forced).
  2. Place fish and the McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips  in the oven and cook according to the McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips pack instructions.
  3. Boil or microwave the McCain Baby Peas and drain, then toss with crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Serve with  McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips and fish and garnish with lemon and fresh mint for an easy mid week night meal.
