Ingredients
- 4 large or 8 small crumbed frozen fish fillets
- 500g McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips
- 1 x 500g pack McCain Baby Peas
- 100g feta cheese
- Lemon and fresh mint to serve
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180°(fan forced).
- Place fish and the McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips in the oven and cook according to the McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips pack instructions.
- Boil or microwave the McCain Baby Peas and drain, then toss with crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve with McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips and fish and garnish with lemon and fresh mint for an easy mid week night meal.
