Family Roast with Cheesy Stuffing Fries

Ingredients
- 1 roast chicken with stuffing
- 1 cup (approx. 100g) grated cheese blend
- ½ cup McCain Peas and Super Juicy Corn mix (frozen)
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 1 x 750g packet McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 230°C (fan forced).
- Remove stuffing from chicken and place onto a large plate. Wrap chicken in foil to keep warm. Crumble stuffing with your fingers and combine with cheese, frozen McCain Peas and Super Juicy Corn mix and parsley.
- Cook the McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips according to pack instructions and remove from oven. Top evenly with the cheesy stuffing mix, return to the oven and continue to cook for a further 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Note: McCain Peas and Super Juicy Corn mix will cook from frozen.
- Slide the cooked cheesy loaded McCain Quick Cook® Crinkle Chips from the oven tray onto a large board, add chicken and serve to share.
