Spicy Smashed Pea Burger

Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted Kumara / Sweet Potato (tip: save from leftovers is best!)
- 180g (1 cup) McCain Peas, thawed
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- 2 tsp dried cumin powder
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chili
- 1 tbsp oil to cook on BBQ
How to make it

Mash roasted kumara/sweet potato and McCain Peas with all other ingredients until well combined.

Shape into four firm patties.

Heat oil on BBQ and fry until golden brown then flip and fry other side.

Serve with a garden salad and crunchy corn chips or on a burger, with a side of guacamole and a dollop of sour cream.
