Oven
1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 210°C fan forced for 10 minutes.
2. Spread McCain wedges in a single layer on the preheated oven tray and place in the top half of the oven.
3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 5 - 10 minutes until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden. Regular turning is unnecessary.

1. Add wedges to the air fryer basket.
2. Cook wedges at 200°C for 11 - 13 minutes (jostling the basket half way through) or until golden
and fully cooked.
