            Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
 - 2 tsp cumin
 - 2 tsp smoked paprika
 - ½ x 500g packet McCain Mixed Vegetables
 - 1 cup tomato passata
 - 1 x 400g Turkish loaf, sliced into 12 slices and toasted
 - 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
 - 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled and chopped
 - Sliced red onion, fresh mint and parsley to serve
 
Optional: Greek yogurt and pistachios
How to make it
- 
Fry the beef, cumin and paprika in a large pan until browned
 - 
Add McCain Mixed Vegetables and passata and cook for a further 5 minutes.
 - 
Arrange the Turkish toasts, other vegetables and herbs on a large platter.
 -
