500g McCain Beer Batter Steak Cut Chips
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • Sriracha
  • ¼ cup aioli
  • 2 Tbsp crispy shallots
  • 2 Tbsp chopped peanuts
  • Fresh coriander, to serve


1.1. Cook the McCain Beer Batter Steak Cut Chips as per pack instruction until golden and crispy, then transfer to a large bowl or dish.
2.2. Drizzle the hoisin sauce, sriracha and aioli over the chips. Sprinkle the shallots and peanuts on top, then garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
