1 1/2 cups McCain Frozen Peas & Super Juicy Corn
  • 6 eggs
  • 250g cooked spaghetti (or any long pasta) cut into 8cm lengths
  • 1 carrot, coarsely grated
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup grated pizza cheese
  • 2 teaspoons mild chicken seasoning or an all-purpose seasoning


1.Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl. Add spaghetti, carrot, onion, McCain Frozen Peas & Super Juicy Corn, cheese. Stir until well combined
2.Preheat pie maker. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into each hole. Close lid. Cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time or until golden and set. Repeat with remaining spaghetti mixture to make 12 frittatas. Every time you load up the pie maker, stir spaghetti mixture to ensure egg coats all the ingredients evenly. Serve.
