- Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
- Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Carefully peel back film lid and stir tofu/sauce. Place film lid back over meal and return to oven. Continue to cook on HIGH for a further 1 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir tofu/sauce.
- Stand for two minutes.
NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
