Sauce (water, onions, cream, tomato paste, flavours (spices, dextrose (wheat), sugar, natural flavours (egg), yeast extracts, acidity regulator (330), spice extract), thickener (1422), butter (2%), canola oil, salt), cooked rice (water, rice), chicken (15%) (chicken, yoghurt (milk solids, culture), spices, salt, garlic, herbs, acidity regulator (330), lime juice).
Contains gluten containing cereals, egg and milk.
Made in a facility that also processes products with crustacea, fish, tree nuts, sesame, peanuts, soy and sulphites.

Oven
1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Carefully peel back film lid and stir chicken/sauce. Place film lid back over meal and return to oven. Continue to cook on HIGH for a further 2 – 2½ minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir chicken/sauce.
4.Stand for two minutes.
NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.
