Ingredients

Sauce (tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice), beef (11%), water, tomato paste, bacon (3%) (pork, soy protein, antioxidant (316), preservative (250)), red wine (milk, egg), onions, carrots, celery, flavours (salt, sugar, spice, herbs, natural flavours (wheat, milk), milk solids, natural colour (caramel I)), thickener (1422), canola oil, garlic), cooked spiral pasta (37%) (water, wheat flour, thickener (405), natural colour (carotene), traces of egg), cheddar cheese.
VEGETABLES (21%)**
Contains gluten containing cereals, egg, milk and soy.
Made in a facility that also processes products with crustacea, fish, tree nuts, sesame, peanuts and sulphites.

Cooking Directions

Heating Instructions

Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.

Microwave

1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 7 ½ - 8 minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.
4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.

Oven

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
2. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place on a cold oven tray, on middle shelf of oven.
3. Cook for 35minutes.
4. Remove from oven (on oven tray). Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.
5. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Plastic tray should not be placed directly on hot oven shelf. Meal is not to be heated in a toaster oven.
CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
