For best results, microwave cooking is recommended.

Microwave

  1. Place one cup of frozen CARROT, CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI & BEANS into a microwave safe dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 2½ - 3 minutes stirring once half way through >cooking.
  3. Season to taste.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

Stove Top

  1. Place one cup of frozen CARROT, CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI & BEANS into a saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Return to boil and continue to cook for 5 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Drain, season to taste.
