Microwave

  1. Place one cup of frozen BABY BEANS into a microwave safe dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes stirring once half way through cooking
  3. Season to taste.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

Stove Top

  1. Place one cup of frozen BABY BEANS into a saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Return to boil and continueto cook for 3 - 4 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain; season to taste.
