Ingredients

potato (84%), vegetable oil (canola), wheat flour, wheat starch, salt, raising agents (450, 500), wheat gluten, beer

Cooking Directions

Oven

1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 230°C (210°C fan forced) for 10 minutes. 
2. Spread McCAIN BEER BATTER THIN & CRISPY FRIES in a SINGLE LAYER on a preheated oven tray.  Best results are achieved if MCCAIN BEER BATTER THIN & CRISPY FRIES are well spaced on the tray.
3. Bake in oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until crisp and golden, turning is not necessary.

 

NOTE: Cooking times vary from oven to oven.  Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven and preferences.  Cook to a light golden colour.  Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation.  When using smaller amounts reduce cooking time.  Do not overcook.
