Ingredients

Chilli Con Carne Sauce
(57%), water, beef (13%), tomatoes, kidney beans (6%), capsicum, tomato paste, flavours (sugar, salt, natural flavours (soy), hydrolysed vegetable proteins (soy), spices (wheat), herb, spice extract), onions, thickener (1422), vegetable oil, white wine, garlic
Cooked Rice Mix
(43%), cooked rice (water, rice), corn kernels.

Cooking Directions

Heating Instructions

Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.

Microwave

1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 5½ minutes. Carefully peel back film lid and stir sauce.  Place film lid back over meal and return to oven.  Continue to cook on HIGH for a further 2½ - 3 minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir sauce.
4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT.  BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.

Oven

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place on a cold oven tray, on middle shelf of oven.
3. Cook for 35 - 40 minutes.
4. Remove from oven (on oven tray). Carefully peel off film lid and stir sauce.
5. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Plastic tray should not be placed directly on hot oven shelf. Meal is not to be heated in a toaster oven.
CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT.  BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
