Ingredients

sauce (tomatoes (tomato juice, firming agent (509), acidity regulator (330), beef (12%), water, bacon (3%) (meat, acidity regulators (451, 450), emulsifier (452), thickener (412), antioxidant (316), stabiliser (250)), red wine (milk solids, egg), onion, carrot, celery, flavour (salt, hyrolysed vegetable protein (soy), flavours (soy), colour (150d), flavour enhancer (635), herbs), thickener (1422), vegetable oil, garlic), cooked pasta (water, wheat flour, stabilizer (405), colour (160a), conatins traces of egg and milk solids), cheddar cheese (milk solids)

Cooking Directions

Heating Instructions

Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.

Microwave Oven

1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 6 - 7 minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.
4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

Regular Oven

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place on a cold oven tray, on middle shelf of oven.
3. Cook for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven (on oven tray). Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.
5. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Plastic tray should not be placed directly on hot oven shelf. It is not recommended that the meal be heated in a toaster oven.

CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
