Bechamel Sauce
20%), water, flavour (wheat flour, wheat starch, cheese flavour (cheese solids (milk solids, starter culture, enzymes, salt, flavours), milk solids, acidity regulators (339, 331), salt, yeast extarct, acidity regulator (270), thickener (1442), cream powder (milk solids), flavours, emulsifier (322)))
Cheese Crumb
(1%), cheese (milk), wheat flour, paprika, parsley

Cooking Directions

Heating Instructions

Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.

Microwave

1. Remove frozen meal from carton.  Pierce film lid in three places with a fork.       
2. Mircrowave on HIGH for 11- 12 minutes (850W).
3. Remove film carefully and let stand for 2 mintues.

NOTE:  Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven.  Please adjust accordingly.

Oven

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Remove frozen meal from carton.  Pierce film lid in three places with a fork.  Place on a cold oven tray, on middle shelf of oven.
3. Cook for 35 minutes.  Carefully remove film and cook for another 5 minutes
4. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes

NOTE:  Plastic tray should not be placed directly on hot oven shelf.  It is not recommended that the meal be heated in a toaster oven. 

CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
