Ingredients

Rice Mix
(44%), (cooked rice (water, rice), capsicum)
Apricot Sauce
(40%), apricot puree (15%), (water, sugar, apricots, acidity regulator (330), antioxidant (300), flavour, stabilisers (412, 415)), water, apricots (5%), flavours (wheat flour, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soy), sugar, salt, malt extract, spice extracts), thickener (1422A
Chicken
15%), chicken, salt, mineral salts (451, 450), milk solids, yeast extracts, wheat flour, sugar, potato starch, maltodextrin, soy protein, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soy), dehydrated onion, spice extracts.

Cooking Directions

Heating Instructions

Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.

Microwave

1. Remove frozen meal from carton.  Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.       
2. Cook on HIGH for  6½-7 minutes.
3. Remove from oven.  Carefully peel off film lid and stir sauce.
4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE:  Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven.  Please adjust accordingly.

CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.

Oven

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Remove frozen meal from carton.  Pierce film lid in two places with a fork.  Place on a cold oven tray, on middle shelf of oven.
3. Cook for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven (on oven tray).  Carefully peel off film lid and stir sauce.
5. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE:  Plastic tray should not be placed directly on hot oven shelf.  It is not recommended that the meal be heated in a toaster oven. 

CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
