Ingredients

Rice Mix: (31%), cooked rice (water, rice), vegetable oil, parsley
Vegetables: (27%), carrots, capsicum, beans, broccoli
Chicken: (10%), chicken, potato starch, milk solids, salt, soy protein, dextrose, water

Cooking Directions

Microwave

Meals are for microwave heating only. Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.

1. Remove frozen meal from carton. DO NOT PIERCE OR PEEL FILM LID.
2. Cook on HIGH for 8½ - 9 minutes.
3. Stir chicken/sauce and allow to stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
