Ingredients

potato (86%), beer batter (8%) (wheat flour (gluten), wheat starch, salt, raising agents (450, 500), beer), canola oil

Cooking Directions

Oven

1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 230°C (210°C fan forced) for 10 minutes.
2. Spread McCAIN BEER BATTER THICK & CHUNKY FRIES in a SINGLE LAYER on the preheated oven tray. Best results are achieved if McCAIN BEER BATTER THICK & CHUNKY FRIES are well spaced on the tray.
3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 10 - 15 minutes.

NOTE: Cooking times may vary from oven to oven.  Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven and preferences.  Cook to a light golden colour.  Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation.  When using smaller amounts reduce cooking time.  Do not overcook.
